1953 TRIANG solid tire replacements NEEDED

Hello. I am having difficulty finding the correct tires for my Triang ( Thistle here in Canada).
The solid tires are half inch in width and are on 7 inch rims.

Any suggestions or leads appreciated.I have tried all the usual places.
