Looking for Garton Delivery Cycle parts

I want to restore a Garton Delivery Cycle and need 2 each rear tires, pedals & handlebar grips If anyone has parts or sources it would be greatly appreciated. The tires are simi-pneumatic and have the number 8400-10 inside. They measure 9-1/2" outside diameter and 7-3/4 inside diameter. The width of the tire and height of the tire are both about 15/16" I would also consider replacing the front drive tire if it's available.

Do you have pictures of your delivery cycle or know if it is the smaller one or larger one? Let me do some checking on tire sizes that I used and I will get back with you.
